A stone throw from terminal 2 and you do not hear a thing! No planes, no traffic - perfect to get a decent night sleep before an early flight. Overall, immaculately clean, room, facilities, lobby, everything! The room was spacious and had a big sofa bad in addition to the double bed. A fantastic rain shower & lovely toiletries, really good quality. Great arrangement & variety of lights and plugs throughout the room, making it adjustable for working & relaxing. It was also a very nice touch that the in room tea & coffee facilities included hot chocolate. The lobby has a Starbucks niche with their basic products, nice for a quick break or catch up.

We stayed here due to a cancelled flight, so we booked very last minute and didn't arrive until gone 9pm. The staff were so efficient in checking us in, which was appreciated since we were with our very young children; the room was already well prepared for our needs, and when we requested additional items this was met quickly and by friendly staff. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and with very modern furnishings and accessories (I particularly liked the great shower controls!). Breakfast was superb too, and catered to our needs of vegetarian items and an egg allergy.

Everything was perfect. I asked for a quiet room with double bed and it was provided. Comfortable bed, tea making facilities in room, bottled water, good number of channels on TV, excellent shower, fluffy towels, message left if I forgot toiletries to let reception know and they would provide. Location at T2 enabled me to access departures easily. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! I asked the Chef to cook me two well done fried eggs. He took great care to cook them to perfection and they were the best I have ever eaten. Staff friendly and accommodating to my every need.

The design and finish of the room was outstanding, so my brief stay was exceptionally comfortable. I was allowed an early check in which was very useful. Compliments to the check in staff (Magda) who was very professional and helpful. Travelling by train there is good connections to/from the hotel and airport, although some walking is involved. I didn't use the public areas or have breakfast, so can't comment on those aspects. Overall, a very good experience and good value and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

perfect location for us in that we could walk from our flight back from Split to spend a quiet night before we flew out for our flight to Australia early the next morning. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our rate and it was just so convenient. Our check in was smooth - we loved the lady at reception and i hope i got her name right - from memory - Lesley (auburn haired lady) - just so lovely.
